Our calendar already features countless events - even completely new ones - and more will be added throughout the year. Below, you will find a review of just some of the events that await you in Vihti in 2023.

Opening of the Museum of Vihti

Founded in 1988, the museum of Vihti has moved from its long-standing home on Kirkkoniementie to Kyläaukio in the centre of the old church village. The museum will settle in a magnificent Jugend building, which was built as the first town hall of Vihti by volunteers in 1911.

The original purpose of the building was to provide local residents a place to gather, and that is what it will once again become. The permanent exhibition explores how Vihti became the place it is today through the stories of local people.
