In the Etelälahti outdoor recreation area on the shore of Lake Salmijärvi, there is a campsite for outdoor enthusiasts, campers and caravanners. They have access to a beach and three saunas. There are also boats for hire. Open all year round, the area is surrounded by outdoor trails that are linked to the Salmenkartano outdoor recreation area.
