Nummela Day kicks off the summer!
The Nummela Guild, the Junior Chamber, local entrepreneurs, and brick-and-mortar stores, in collaboration with the municipality, are organizing Nummela Day, a lively kickoff to the summer season, on Saturday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (with an official after-party starting at 7:30 p.m.)!
The event, which is open to residents of Vihti and the surrounding areas of all ages, will feature a wide variety of activities. The event will take place in the areas around Citymarket and the bus station, as well as in the Hiidentori area.

Program for Nummela Day 2026
Children's event at the K-Citymarket roof parking lot from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Plenty of activities and things to see at Hiidentori, Tuusantie, and Linjaportti 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Street dancing, a flea market, and much more on Pilkkukuja from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Free concerts on the roof of K-Citymarket from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Headliner: Hugo!
Official after-party on the roof of K-Citymarket from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Food stands all over downtown throughout the day, and of course the local cafes, grills, and restaurants are joining in too.
