Last year, Annu Huotari, an entrepreneur of Hawkhill luxury cottages and villas, came up with the idea for the LuxHawkhill ice lantern event. After receiving a lot of positive feedback and joy the lanterns brought to people, Huotari got the idea to expand her concept to the entire lake district. This year, all entrepreneurs, associations and residents in the area have been invited. The aim is to decorate the lakeside highlands with hundreds of ice lanterns.

A large number of entrepreneurs and residents from the area have joined in, and there will be atmospheric evenings and events, with beautiful lanterns shining! The first lantern will be lit at Hawkhill on 4 February at 16:15 and the event will end when Nuuksion Taika extinguishes the last lantern on 13 February.

Check out LuxNuuksio's events and find the one that suits you best!
