Welcome to the Summer Holidays!
This year Vihti Summer Street is located on Pisteenpolku, right in the centre of Nummela!
The familiar colourful stalls are located at the end of the dotted path towards Vihdintie, and at the other end of the pennant- and flower-adorned wooden street is Veikko Helle's market, where summer street events are staged.
Summer Street events will take place on the square stage on Wednesdays from 26 June to 31 July. The events always start at 18:00.

The Summer Street events will be hosted by Paula Mäkelä, who will act as an ambassador for the love of Vihti throughout the summer.

26.6. NUMMELA SUMMER STREET LAUNCHES
18.00 Youth Service Nightfoot introduces itself. With Minna Snygg, Yöjala's street patrol leader.
18.30 Musician Jenna Vidlund performs her own songs with her guitar.
19.00 Vihti-love ambassador Paula Mäkelä will share her seductive tips for the summer in Vihti!
3.7. DREAM DANCE NIGHT AT THE MARKET
18.00 Dance instructor Anu Nordling and Zumba instructor Hanna Sievinen will play the most diamond dance tunes, to which everyone can sway their hips and let go of the joy together!
10.7. FINNISH VISUAL ARTS DAY
18.00 Vihti School of Fine Arts introduces itself. The programme for the public includes drawing a living model. Henrikki Halme of Veikkola Manor will tell about Helene Schjerfbeck on the occasion of her birthday.
17.7. VIKKE ENTERTAINS
18.00-20.00 Vihti Light Music Association Vikke ry presents itself and brings three local bands on stage: Amygdalah, Rähinäremmi and IFA.
24.7. GENTLENESS IN THE SUMMER EVENING
18.00 Mirva Saviniemi plays cover songs with guitar and a gentle vibe.
18.45 The band Cool Earth performs with a three-piece line-up.
31.7. EVENING OF GOOD CHEER
18.00 MIELI ry Crisis Centre Vihti introduces itself. Interview with Leena Tiitto, Director of the Crisis Centre.
18.15 The Vihti-based poetry and music group Sananjalka performs.
19.00 Stand-up by Arto Kilpose. "Overhead humour" with an engineer's precision!
Rent a stall for Summer Weekends!
